VISION
At Community Advantage Support Services (CASS), we provide in-home healthcare and support for people with disability under the NDIS scheme. We are a passionate team of healthcare workers who recognise the need for provision of high standard quality care and support to people with disabilities in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
We understand that there are factors that influence this including access to support and services available. Consequently, we aim to readily provide nurses and support care workers who are not only knowledgeable about the special needs pf our clients but also highly skilled, compassionate and professional.
MISSION
We understand the importance of home to our clients and the role of familiar environment in avoiding and/or relieving unnecessary distress. We are committed to helping our clients achieve the best possible quality of life and provide a high standard of healthcare in the security of their own homes and community for as long as possible. We aim to provide a safe environment for both our client and our staff.
